Will has over 6 years of hospitality experience including operations, finance, feasibility, and brokerage. At hotelAVE, Will’s responsibilities include underwriting hotel acquisitions, benchmarking analysis, preparing lender collateral reviews and litigation support advisory services.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Will was an analyst at The Plasencia Group where he performed financial forecasting, developed marketing materials, identified operating performance opportunities and maintained the data rooms for over $450M of hotel disposition assignments.
Will also has rooms department and revenue strategy experience from his time at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa and finance and accounting experience while with the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto.
