As Senior Associate at hotelAVE, Will’s responsibilities include ongoing asset management, underwriting hotel acquisitions, benchmarking analysis, preparing lender collateral reviews and litigation support advisory services.
- Prior to joining hotelAVE, Will was a Financial Analyst at The Plasencia Group where he performed financial analysis, developed marketing materials, identified operating performance opportunities and maintained the data rooms for over $450M of hotel disposition assignments
- Will also has experience in rooms and revenue strategy from his time at the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa, experience in finance and accounting while with the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, and experience in food and beverage at Andaz Ottawa ByWard Market
Will graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. He also has a Master of Science in Real Estate Analysis and Development from Pennsylvania State University. Will is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and holds his Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) and Real Estate Financial Modeling (REFM).
