Vinayak (Vin) has more than 6 years of experience in hotel asset management, valuations, and strategy. Vin primarily focuses on product repositioning, market research, investor reporting, and capital expenditure planning.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Vin was an Asset Manager with Barney River Investments and was instrumental in setting up advanced asset management structures, processes, and controls for the organization. He also led the company’s government relief and subsidy efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
At Westmont Hospitality Group as an Asset Management Analyst, Vin was responsible for financial reporting, ROI projects, contract negotiations, and asset dispositions.
Previously at AccorHotels within their performance strategy team, Vin developed key dashboard analytics, drafted market insight reports, and managed the company’s BI (business intelligence) tools.
Vinayak graduated from Columbia University with a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development in 2023.
