Todd has more than 25 years of hospitality experience in asset management, hotel operations and finance, including 13 years of luxury operations. Throughout his career and as a Senior Vice President at hotelAVE, Todd has demonstrated a consistent record of developing strong business relationships with multiple parties, including ownership, brand, and on-site hotel management teams to develop and implement strategic plans to create incremental value.

• Prior to joining hotelAVE, Todd was VP of Asset Management for Sunstone Hotel Investors where he managed a portfolio of five hotels with more than 3,000 rooms valued at over $1.3B (notably including the Hilton San Diego Bayfront and The Boston Park Plaza). During his tenure, Todd implemented revenue management optimization strategies, worked on labor cost-saving initiatives, and optimized leases in the hotels to achieve optimal group room mix goals. He also spearheaded the repositioning of F&B and meeting space at the Hilton Bayfront, resulting in increased revenue and the conversion of a leased space to hotel-operated meeting space.
• In addition to his experience at Sunstone Hotel Investors, Todd worked with various hotel brands, including Marriott and Hilton, in markets including Boston, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New Orleans, Portland, Rochester MN, and San Diego.
• Before joining Sunstone, Todd held several positions in luxury hotel operations, including the Ritz-Carlton Tyson Corner and Ritz-Carlton St. Louis.
