Stacey has over 30 years of hospitality experience, driving optimal performance by providing strategic direction, financial, operational, and capital project guidance for hotel properties.  At hotelAVE, Stacey is responsible for assets ranging from select service to luxury hotel products.  She brings extensive leadership, operational, and revenue management experience to help owners and hotels achieve and exceed their goals.

Prior to joining hotelAVE, Stacey was the Director of Commercial Properties for the City and County of Denver at Denver International Airport (DEN).  Her responsibilities included asset management of the Westin DIA as it opened and ramped up, exceeding pro-forma expectations beginning Year 2 and achieving higher-than-expected occupancy stabilization in Year 3, fully satisfying debt service and all reserve accounts in all operational years.  She also partnered with the Real Estate division to provide hospitality development expertise and managed the airport’s oil and gas well portfolio.

Prior to joining the airport, Stacey worked with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.  During her 27-year Hyatt career, she was the GM of numerous full-service Hyatt hotels, including airport, resort, convention, and business hotels.  As she progressed within Hyatt, Stacey held Rooms Management, Revenue Management, and General Manager positions.
