Silvie Cohen is responsible for a portfolio of assets. Her primary role is to identify value-add strategies from both a revenue and expense standpoint, while ensuring operators utilize best practices to maximize top and bottom lines for both branded and independent hotels.
Silvie is fluent in revenue management strategy, tools, and analyses, as well as expense optimization. Additionally, she has completed multiple operator transitions and has also successfully driven critical path timelines while working to execute the business plan for pre-opening and ramp up hotels.
