Silvie has more than 7 years of hospitality experience. She is responsible for a portfolio of assets and her primary role is to identify value-add strategies from both a revenue and expense standpoint, while ensuring operators utilize best practices to maximize top and bottom lines for both branded and independent hotels. Silvie is fluent in revenue management strategy, tools, and analyses, as well as expense optimization. She has executed multiple operator transitions and successfully managed critical path timelines to execute a business plan for pre-opening and ramp up hotels. Silvie contributes to the firm’s best practices, including development of a dynamic excel model to forecast RevPAR index growth for hotels.
Before joining hotelAVE, Silvie worked for Fenway Enterprises, The Boston Red Sox hospitality department, specializing in selling and servicing events. She also interned at The Richmond Company, a boutique commercial real estate development company in Wilmington, Massachusetts.
