Silas is an Analyst at hotelAVE, working with both the advisory and asset management teams.
- Prior to joining hotelAVE, Silas worked with Witham Family Hotels as a Business Analyst Intern. During this time, he produced feasibility studies, assisted with underwriting a hotel development and performed asset management tasks
- Silas has operations experience as a front desk agent and in accounting at the Wentworth By the Sea Hotel. He also worked in housekeeping, maintenance and laundry departments in prior experiences
Silas graduated from the University of Denver Fritz Knoebel School of Hospitality Management with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration where he served as President of the Fritz Knoebel Ambassador Program, Vice President of the Hotel Real Estate Club, and worked as a mentor in the LEAD Mentorship Program. He holds a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) and a Certification in Advanced Hospitality and Tourism Analytics (CAHTA).
