Sarah Bartlett has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, primarily in regional and on-site revenue management, e-commerce, and sales and marketing of branded and independent hotels. Sarah supports the Asset Management team and is responsible for helping to maximize revenue for all assets within our portfolio. With multi-brand experience, she works with brand leaders and property level Directors of Revenue and Directors of Sales and Marketing to ensure optimal mix of sales, an effective distribution strategy, and utilization of all brand resources.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Sarah worked for Hilton Worldwide on the Owned & Managed Revenue team. She was responsible for revenue management of a hotel portfolio in the Mid-Atlantic region. She also served with Highgate Hotels as Vice President of Revenue Management where she managed multiple brands including Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Wyndham, and independent hotels. Sarah has held multiple regional and on-property revenue management, director of sales and marketing, and operations positions. Her experience in relationship management, contract negotiations, campaign coordination, and strategy analysis and formulation is invaluable in determining plans of action for each property’s needs.
