Sally provides strategic asset management support, including completing weekly revenue management reviews, preparing monthly reports, conducting ROI analysis, and analyzing cash flows and income statements.
Prior to joining HotelAVE, Sally was an analyst at HDDA, a firm that acquired and developed hotels. She performed market studies, financial analysis, benchmarking analysis, and real estate tax forecasting for prospective hotel development projects and contributed to investment committee memos.
Sally also was marketing analyst at Massachusetts Office of Travel and Tourism where she measured the economic impact of tourism in the state. She developed a model and managed the database to estimate the tax collections from short-term rentals.
