Michele has 3 years of experience across the hospitality industry in asset management, business development, and operations. At hotelAVE, Michele’s responsibilities include underwriting hotel acquisitions, financial model development, benchmarking analysis, and assisting the asset management team.
Prior to joining HotelAve, Michele was a student at the Nolan School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, where she was a part of the Hotel Leadership Development Program at the Statler Hotel. She gained experience in the food and beverage department and trained other students to become leaders in the hotel.
Michele interned at The Bernstein Companies, where she worked on an acquisition of a Delaware hotel, assisted on due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions, and witnessed the development of the new Marriott HQ and Hotel.
