Mia has over 3 years of hospitality experience in hotel operations, F&B operations, financial planning & analysis and asset management. At hotelAVE, Mia’s responsibilities include financial model development, benchmarking analysis, and assisting the asset management team.
- Prior to joining hotelAVE, held an internship at BRE Hotels & Resorts on the Financial Planning & Analysis team. During this time, she created several benchmarking tools to compare performance of owned assets to specific Blackstone funds and portfolios held by other publicly traded REITs
Mia was an assistant restaurant manager at Pelham House Resort in Dennis Port, MA. She assisted in opening a new food and beverage outlet and analyzed restaurant trends to determine the optimal staffing model and dates of operation for the seasonal outlet.
