Lloyd has over 25 years experience working in hospitality business analytics, financial planning and analysis and revenue management. At hotelAVE, he provides revenue and distribution support to the asset management portfolio as well as manages the firm’s business intelligence platform that enables data-driven and proactive support to asset managers and clients.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Lloyd was Director of Enterprise Solutions at Duetto – a forward focused revenue management software. There he was head of data insights and strategic initiatives. Lloyd advanced predictive analytic capabilities with STR, Hotelligence and stay enhancement upselling tools.
As Director of Revenue Management Learning, Operations and Systems for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, he was the subject matter expert in development of next-gen commercial strategy platforms, including market-aware pricing strategies, cost-conscience inventory optimization and machine learning demand forecasting that resulted in a 6% gain above a control group in its first deployment year. Lloyd also led the rollout of a group sales and catering forecasting and pricing tool and centrally managed GDS and Expedia TravelAds advertising campaign deployment based on ROI.
As a Manager at TravelClick, Lloyd drove corporate account targeting, market campaign ROI studies and feeder market demand analysis.
Lloyd also served as Director, Business Analytics for Choice Hotels and Sr. Manager of Performance Strategy and Planning in the Americas corporate office for IHG.
