Liya has more than 14 years of hospitality experience including asset management, investment, and strategic advisory. As a Senior Director, she provides asset management services for a portfolio of hotels.
Prior to joining HotelAVE, Liya was a Director of Strategy at WATG, where she led strategic advisory projects for global hotel and mixed-use developments, and performed economic and market trend analysis to guide internal strategy. Prior to WATG, Liya has extensive hotel asset management, advisory and investment experience with a number of domestic companies, leveraging data analytics, benchmarking and financial modeling to optimize operational and financial results.
Liya is bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
