Liam has 4 years of experience across the hospitality industry in data analytics, asset management and hotel operations. At hotelAVE, Liam’s responsibilities include underwriting hotel acquisitions, financial model development, benchmarking analysis, and assisting the asset management team.
Prior to joining full time, Liam was a summer analyst at hotelAVE. During this summer, he created a template to streamline contract rooms displacement analyses, restructured the format of hotelAVE’s consulting deliverables, and assisted in preparing operational reviews and strategic plans.
Before his time at hotelAVE, Liam gained revenue forecasting and operations skills through internships at Heartwood Group and Delaware North.
