Kate has over 3 years of hospitality experience in hotel operations, F&B operations, and asset management. At HotelAVE, Kate’s responsibilities include financial model development, benchmarking analysis, and assisting the asset management team.

• Prior to joining HotelAVE full-time, Kate was a summer analyst at HotelAVE. During this time, she developed a comprehensive labor efficiency model to identify improvement opportunities
• Before her time at HotelAVE, Kate was a Food and Beverage intern at the David Kempinski Hotel in Tel Aviv. There, she assisted with the launch of the 250-room beachfront property and conducted a profitability analysis of the beverage offerings for the various restaurant outlets

Kate graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration. She is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society (CHS) and holds certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) and Microsoft Office (MOS).
