Jenna’s hospitality and real estate experience includes transactions, asset management, finance and analytics. At hotelAVE, Jenna executes strategic asset management support using financial modeling and best practices to optimize hotel operating performance for branded and independent hotels.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Jenna was a Fund Asset Manager and Investment Analyst at Stonehill Strategic Capital, a subsidiary of Peachtree Hotel Group. There, she underwrote deals and closed on the acquisition of three hotels, two mezzanine and a preferred equity position all totaling almost $200M in total capitalization.
Jenna also managed and modified 80+ distressed loans and preferred equity positions for select service and extended stay hotels across the USA and performed acquisition due diligence, including coordinating business/legal terms, site visits, physical plant inspections and third party research
