Jason has over 25 years of experience in hospitality operations, information technology, and construction/development. He leverages results for his properties from hands on experiences with large luxury resort operations, private club management, and condo/HOA programs. As Senior Vice President, he is responsible for the asset management for multiple assets on the West Coast. Jason works directly with owners and management companies to create detailed action plans and specific roadmaps to achieve goals and increase value of the assets. His operational expertise covers a broad spectrum which includes remote resort destinations, ski resorts, urban, boutique, beach resorts, and union properties. Jason actively works with his properties on revenue maximization strategies, expense management, and capital / development projects.
- Prior to joining hotelAVE, Jason worked for Noble House Hotels & Resorts for 16 years holding numerous operational positions. Jason spent the last 6 years serving as the Vice President of Rooms and Technology. He provided support to hotel operating teams and the IT department for 25 hotels and resorts across the US, Mexico, and Canada. Jason’s accomplishments include opening a luxury ski in/out resort in remote British Columbia, brand conversions and de-flags to independent, hurricane restoration and re-openings for luxury properties in FL, developing PCI and network security, and implementing brand standards across the portfolio
- Jason also spent 5 years with Liberty Hospitality Group, working through the Front Office at a 100-acre multi property resort. At the end of his tenure, he served on 2 HOA boards as the Condo Relations Donor
Jason graduated from the State University of New York/Monroe with an Associate in Science in Hospitality Management and a Minor in Finance.
