Fiorenzo (Enzo) has more than three years of hospitality experience in real estate, hotel operations and F&B operations. At hotelAVE, Enzo’s responsibilities include underwriting hotel acquisitions, financial model development, benchmarking analysis, and assisting with asset management.

Prior to joining hotelAve, Enzo interned at Highgate Hotels in Acquisitions and Development. While there, he assisted in underwriting hotel deals, benchmarking analysis and business development.
