Fiorenzo (Enzo) has more than three years of hospitality experience in real estate, hotel operations and F&B operations. At hotelAVE, Enzo’s responsibilities include underwriting hotel acquisitions, financial model development, benchmarking analysis, and assisting with asset management.

  • Prior to joining hotelAve, Enzo interned at Highgate Hotels in Acquisitions and Development. While there, he assisted in underwriting hotel deals, benchmarking analysis and business development
