Eliot has more than 7 years of hospitality experience including operations, sales and marketing, revenue management and asset management. As Director of Asset Management, he currently supports branded urban asset assignments in multiple markets. His responsibilities include revenue management and sales strategy, hotel repositioning and redevelopment, and value creation through strategic asset management.
Prior to joining HotelAve, Eliot was Senior Analyst at Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, where he worked on a diverse portfolio including branded and independent urban properties and resorts within the United States.
