Cindy has over 10 years of experience in hospitality asset management, particularly in luxury and lifestyle. As Vice President at hotelAVE, Cindy works directly with owners and management companies to achieve owner objectives including optimizing profitability through both revenue maximization strategies and operating expense efficiencies.

• Cindy’s prior employment with a public REIT, a family office and a private equity firm informs her unique perspective of asset managing thru various owner’s lens
• Prior to joining hotelAVE, Cindy was Vice President of Asset Management for Geolo Capital where she drove value across a 1,200+ key portfolio including both branded and independent hotels and in mixed-use projects with multi-family components. She has significant experience in lifestyle food and beverage, including asset managing third-party F&B operators and reconcepting F&B facilities at Thompson DC, Thompson Austin and Chicago Athletic Association
• Prior to Geolo, Cindy was an Associate at AJ Capital Partners involved in asset managing three Thompson hotels, 2 independent hotels, a Marriott and the Graduate Hotels portfolio
• As a Financial Analyst at LaSalle Hotel Properties, she supported senior asset managers by doing analysis and monthly reporting

Cindy graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration with a Minor in Real Estate. Cindy is a Cornell Hotel Society (CHS) Member and a Hospitality Asset Manager Association (HAMA) member and has served on the Membership Committee since 2022.
