Anthony has two years of hospitality experience including hotel underwriting, development planning, feasibility, and F&B operations. As an analyst at hotelAVE, Anthony’s responsibilities include underwriting hotel acquisitions, financial model development, benchmark analysis, and supporting the acquisitions advisory and asset management teams.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Anthony was an analyst for Revelo Hospitality, a GP firm that specialized in hotel acquisitions and development. On the acquisitions vertical, he worked with the LifeHouse team to underwrite hotels for lifestyle conversion. On the development verticals, he performed land feasibility for a new extended stay concept, as well as worked with the Extended Stay America team to build portfolio level waterfall models.
