Hari has 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, spanning private equity asset management, hotel development, consulting and operations. As Vice President, Hari is responsible for asset managing a portfolio of west coast hotel assets. Prior to joining hotelAVE, Hari was Vice Presidentt of Strategic Planning at Trinity Investments, where she drove operational performance and value-add initiatives across a $6.7B private equity hospitality portfolio of predominately brand managed big box and lifestyle assets, including deal execution, management agreements, leases, and purchase and sale negotiations, and asset-level food and beverage strategy.

• At Trinity, Hari delivered 15+ new F&B concepts and executed major hotel repositionings, including the conversion of a 3.5-star independent hotel into a 4-star lifestyle resort, starting from underwriting and brand selection through operational and commercial implementation
• Hari spent six years with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants where she expanded the company’s portfolio across the U.S., Mexico, Canada, and Caribbean as a Senior Director of Development
• Hari was a Senior Project Manager with HVS, conducting appraisals, feasibility studies, and advisory assignments for hotels and mixed-use properties across 40 cities and 12 states
• She started her career in food and beverage operations, both with Hillstone Restaurant Group and Starwood Hotel’s corporate F&B group

Hari graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Political Science. She also holds a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
