Anthony has 4 years of hospitality industry experience including hotel acquisitions and development underwriting, strategic operational consulting, and asset management. As an Analyst at hotelAVE, Anthony’s responsibilities include advisory services with a concentration in detailed operational reviews, acquisition underwriting, asset management of urban and resort properties, and brand/manager selection due diligence.
- Prior to joining hotelAVE, Anthony was an analyst for Revelo Hospitality, a GP firm that specialized in hotel acquisitions and development. On the acquisitions vertical he worked with the LifeHouse team to underwrite hotels for midscale brand conversion. On the development vertical he performed land feasibility for a new extended stay concept
- Prior to Revelo Hospitality, Anthony held various positions at the Hilton Pearl River
Anthony graduated from École hôtelière de Lausanne with a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management. He is a member of Alpha Sigma Gamma – The International Real Estate Honorary Society and holds a Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA).
