Wing has over 25 years of hotel industry experience in Asia, Europe and the Americas – on projects spanning the full range of hotel asset classes (from ultra-luxury to midscale). As Senior Vice President at hotelAVE he is a specialist in hotel real estate market analysis, project feasibility/underwriting, operator selections and contract strategy. Wing’s firm responsibilities include advisory services, including new manager selection and contract negotiations, acquisition underwriting, due diligence, lender services, project management, and development of investment and growth strategies.

• Prior to joining hotelAVE, Wing was Senior Vice President, Hotels & Leisure for Rockwell Land Corporation where he led the development, execution, and expansion of the company’s homegrown brand, Aruga by Rockwell
• Prior to Rockwell Land Corporation, Wing was with Marriott International as the Director of Development & Feasibility. With Marriott, he focused on Brand/HMA Negotiations, feasibility, development planning, competitive benchmarking and product positioning
• Wing also worked as the Corporate Director of Revenue Management for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group where he was responsible for pre-opening revenue management for the New York, Washington DC, Prague, and the Boston assets

Wing graduated from Ateneo De Manila University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering. He also holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
