Tripp Plamondon has more than 8 years of combined hospitality experience, working in both corporate & on-property roles for multiple hotel ownership and management companies. In his current role, Tripp is responsible for analyzing and redesigning work processes and management systems, working onsite to train property leaders and their teams to implement redesigned work processes, and supporting the onsite project managers to ensure measurable financial improvements.
Prior to joining Post Script, Tripp worked at Marriott Headquarters with both the Owner & Franchise Services and Global Operations Services teams. He then spent more than four years in hotel operations, serving in various managerial roles at properties in the Washington, DC & New York City markets, also with Marriott. In this time, he led property wide upsell initiatives creating more than $1.5mil in ancillary revenue, managed more than 100 total employees across front of house departments, and led his hotels to top of market results in guest experience results.
Working with Post Script allows me the opportunity to work with and improve operations of hotels spanning all brands, sizes, and markets. Using the knowledge gained at these properties, I am able to bring added value to HotelAVE as well as our clients.
