Jason has over 5 years of real estate investment and advisory experience. He is a member of our advisory team and also provides strategic asset management support to a portfolio of hotel properties. His responsibilities include preparing operational reviews and strategic plans, conducting ROI analysis, monitoring key trends in the overall portfolio, supporting revenue management, and underwriting hotel acquisitions.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Jason completed the Executive MBA program at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne where he focused on luxury hotel development and investment. Prior to that, Jason worked at Eastern Consolidated in New York City where he was responsible for advising institutional clients on acquisitions and dispositions of properties valued over $100 million. While there, he oversaw transactions worth over $1 billion in aggregate value. He has exclusively brokered the sale of an office property for $115 million, arranged a $50 million loan for a residential ground lease and sold 893 Broadway and the leasehold interest of Hotel Verite for $35 million. He also partnered with Eastern Consolidated’s CEO to launch and manage the Institutional Advisory Group, focused on advising institutional investors on acquisitions and dispositions of properties.
