Cate has over 5 years of hospitality experience including operations, finance, feasibility, and brokerage. At hotelAVE, her responsibilities include underwriting hotel acquisitions, benchmarking analysis, preparing lender collateral reviews, litigation support and other advisory services.

Prior to joining hotelAVE, Cate was a Senior Financial Analyst at CBRE where she underwrote $1.5B of hotel investments ranging from small inns to luxury properties. She supported the capital markets team in project management, financial modeling, and creation of marketing collateral.  During her tenure  she created an extensive document library, new document templates and best practices as well supported new hires on firm practices.

Cate also worked as Revenue Specialist at Hilton Worldwide where she managed revenue enhancing strategies and owner relationships for more than 20 select-service Hilton hotels that generated $55M+ in annual revenue.

Cate held hotel operations positions at TMI Hospitality (now Aimbridge).

Interests and Hobbies

Cate enjoys motorsports, gardening, and is an active hiker. She is a recent New England resident after spending 26 years in Texas and is still adjusting to the concept of snow.
