Annie Burkus has over five years of hospitality and food & beverage experience. She works with leading hotels on quantifying, prioritizing and installing efficiency strategies resulting in ongoing improvements to the operations. She is responsible for working side-by-side with both domestic and international clients to identify operational issues and analyze the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Annie worked for Union Square Hospitality Group at their restaurant Untitled. Union Square Hospitality Group has won over 28 James Beard awards collectively. At Untitled, Annie was responsible for working on the culinary team with restaurant events, assisting the chefs with day-to-day work and ensuring guest satisfaction with every dish prepared.
