Annie has over 5 years of hospitality and food & beverage experience. Her work supports the asset management, advisory and operational efficiency team. Her operational efficiency installations includes work with Omni and Hyatt where she quantified, and installed efficiency strategies resulting in ongoing improvements to the operations and over 300 bps of long term GOP margin improvement. In her role, Annie works side-by-side with both domestic and international clients to identify operational issues and analyze the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Annie worked for Union Square Hospitality Group at Untitled. Union Square Hospitality Group has won over 28 James Beard awards collectively. At Untitled, Annie was responsible for working on the culinary team with restaurant events, assisting the chefs with day-to-day work and ensuring guest satisfaction with every dish prepared.
