Drew has 15 years of hospitality industry experience including revenue management, sales and feasibility which he brings to his role with the Advisory and Acquisitions team. As a Director, Drew is responsible for executing acquisition and lender underwriting, new development feasibility and facility programming, new manager selection and contract negotiations and supports asset management in a portfolio of select-service hotels.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Drew worked for IHG where he prepared detailed market analysis and other special projects to aid the company’s development department in decision making. He also defined the competitive set for the first Avid hotel and projected top line revenue to project the brand’s revenue index.
Drew’s revenue and sales experience included UPS where he held a Sales Operations & Analytics position supporting an $18B business unit in driving revenue growth and profitability, including a sales force restructuring.
Drew’s career post-MBA started at United Airlines in revenue management. He held numerous revenue and pricing roles where he created strategies that grew revenue per mile by 15% on transcontinental routes out of NYC and launched revenue generative incentive programs for different agencies representing $8.3B that reduced commissions while awarding high yield partners.
