Andre has over 6 years of hospitality experience including operations, finance, feasibility, and analytics. At hotelAVE, Andre’s responsibilities include underwriting hotel acquisitions, benchmarking analysis, preparing lender collateral reviews and litigation support advisory services.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Andre was an analyst at Caesars Entertainment during which he performed financial forecasting, budgeting, statistical and operational analysis of various casino assets across the company’s portfolio. Relevant projects while at Caesars Entertainment included creating a dynamic tool that analyzed the regional distribution of Caesar Rewards customers by Reward Credit balances and customer segment to determine hotel promotional strategy; an analysis of future pricing, measuring the impact of changing resort fees on FIT sources for a Laughlin, NV casino; and measured the statistical significance of A/B testing results of various marketing strategies.
Andre also worked at MGM Resorts International and Montage Laguna Beach in the finance departments. While at MGM he audited over 50,000 food & beverage charges daily.
