Alethea brings more than 8 years of Human Resource experience. Alethea is responsible for hotelAVE’s Human Resources. She works directly with employees on talent acquisition, professional development, compensation and benefits management, HR policies and procedures, and compliance.
- Prior to joining hotelAVE, Alethea was the Senior Human Resources Manager at TribalVision and served on the executive leadership team as a key partner to the CEO, advising on significant agency decisions and strategic planning
- As the Human Resource Manager, Alethea oversaw talent acquisition, corporate communications, compensation and benefits management, compliance, employee engagement, and change management, among other initiatives
- Alethea began her career in Advertising and Corporate Communications at Tribal Vision where she led the formation and implementation of integrated marketing strategies for wide variety of client accounts and industries. As a Marketing Manager, Alethea was responsible for identifying upsell opportunities, client relationships and retention, and provided training for her team of Associates across accounts
Alethea graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Advertising. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is SHRM-CP certified, combining practical experience with formal HR education.
