Scott Legel, CHA

Vice President

Scott Legel, Vice President, CHA, oversees a portfolio of asset management assignments, including luxury and urban properties. He is responsible for monitoring portfolio performance to budget and identifying value enhancement opportunities. Mr. Legel also participates in and conducts due diligence for client acquisitions, operational reviews, underwritings, due diligence advisory, management contract consulting, and strategic planning development.

Prior to joining hotelAVE, Mr. Legel worked at Marriott International as a Task Force Operations Manager in the Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping disciplines. He contributed at various properties throughout the US within multiple Marriott International brands. Mr. Legel is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration and holds an advanced certificate in hotel real estate investments/asset management.
