Peter Zenneck

Executive Vice President

Peter Zenneck, Executive Vice President, is a hotel real estate professional with 30 years of hotel development experience, including the past 13 years based in London. Mr. Zenneck leads our EMEA practice, providing advice and support for new ventures, site selection and acquisition, business development, and contract negotiations.

Mr. Zenneck has held corporate development positions with Meridien Hotels & Resorts (Hong Kong & London) as well as Jumeirah Group (Europe and the Americas). On behalf of Leading Hotel Fund Advisors, he was instrumental in the acquisition of the Cadogan Hotel, London. He oversaw the refurbishment of the hotel which was accepted as a member of Leading Hotels of the World and subsequently asset managed the hotel on behalf of the owners.

Mr. Zenneck has worked in most of the major markets in Europe, Asia, and the Americas doing deal sourcing, valuations, and due diligence. On behalf of Meridien and Jumeirah Hotel Group, he was responsible for all aspects of hotel development and solicitation and negotiation of purchase, joint venture, lease, management and franchise agreements. His development experience includes luxury city centre hotels in London, Rome, Budapest and several cities in Germany as well as mixed-use resorts in Bali, French Polynesia, and Mallorca.

Mr. Zenneck is a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration and holds an MBA in International Business from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).
