Kim Hoffman

Kim Hoffman, Associate, has more than two years of hospitality experience including operations and asset management.  She provides strategic asset management support to a portfolio of hotel properties.  Her responsibilities include preparing operating reviews and strategic plans, conducting ROI analysis, monitoring key trends in the overall portfolio, and underwriting hotel acquisitions.

Prior to joining hotelAVE, Ms. Hoffman was a summer intern with CPG Real Estate. There, she evaluated existing and potential acquisition assets, created a new method for analyzing and monitoring hotel top services and complaints, and studied P&L statements to determine where hotel properties were below or exceeding budget.
