Kathryn Marcotte

Kathryn Marcotte, Chief Administrative Officer, has more than 20 years of combined experience in the fields of law and administration. Ms. Marcotte is responsible for overseeing and implementing our Human Resource Programs; reviewing and managing our newly acquired and existing client, employee and corporate contracts; safeguarding our high standards in business ethics; and developing and implementing the company recruitment program.

Before joining hotelAVE, Ms. Marcotte was the Office Manager for Orthopedics Rhode Island: Office of Robert Marchand, MD.  She managed staffing, scheduling and practice concerns and was charged with policy and legal matters. Previously, Ms. Marcotte was a partner at Lanphear & Dillion, Attorneys at Law, where she undertook cases involving contracts, corporate management, real estate, creditors’ rights, commercial and retail collections, securities, trusts and estates, probate, and legislative issues. She also has experience at Colgate University’s Office of Alumni Affairs, South County Hospital Programs, the Point Judith Country Club, and the United States Security & Exchange Commission.

Ms. Marcotte graduated with her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver School of Law, from Colgate University with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and English, and began her undergraduate work at the United States Naval Academy. She has background in both the Spanish and Japanese language.
