Diane Fox, Executive Vice President, leverages her 20 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, investment, and dispositions to develop and execute strategies to maximize each owner’s investment objectives, including identifying operational enhancements as well as real estate and contractual opportunities.
Ms. Fox’s experience encompasses a number of hospitality and real estate companies, including CNL Hospitality Corporation, Hilton Hotels, Clarion Partners and Waterton. At Waterton, she oversaw hotel asset management and owner relations for a $500 million vertically integrated hospitality platform. At Clarion Partners, she led the hospitality asset management division for a $3 billion portfolio and was responsible for strategic initiatives, repositioning, operations and capital expenditure oversight, and dispositions. At Hilton Hotels Corporation, she was responsible for brand-managed development for the Waldorf-Astoria, Conrad, Hilton, Embassy Suites and Doubletree Brands, coordinating project review and securing developments. At CNL Hospitality Corporation, she negotiated third-party management and franchise agreements and sold dispositions totaling $45 million.
Ms. Fox began her career at Georgia Tech as an economic development specialist and soon moved to the real estate group at Lend Lease as an analyst; shortly thereafter, she transitioned to the lodging and leisure group, covering hotel acquisitions and asset management. She received an MPA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Cleveland State University.
