Scott Legel, Associate, is responsible for assisting in operational and investment analysis of current hotelAVE properties. He conducts underwritings, supports the preparation of operating reviews and strategic plans, and is a participating associate on many of our asset management projects.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Mr. Legel spent time at Red Lion Hotels' corporate office assisting in the national sales office by developing business models and other revenue generating tasks. He also completed projects for various departments such as e-commerce and TicketsWest.
Mr. Legel also worked at Marriott International as a Task Force Operations Manager in the Front Office, F&B, and Housekeeping disciplines. He contributed at various properties throughout the US with multiple Marriott International brands.
Mr. Legel is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
