Hotel Ave

Kristin Knox, Vice President, has more than ten years hospitality industry experience, spending five years in hotel/casino development and feasibility.  At hotelAVE, she is actively involved in the asset management of multiple assets and is responsible for monitoring portfolio performance to budget and identifying value enhancement opportunities through market research.  Kristin also participates in underwriting and due diligence for client acquisitions.

Prior to joining hotelAVE, Kristin worked for Edge-Star Partners Inc., a joint venture with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, created to develop a proposed 4,000-room W Las Vegas Hotel, Casino and Residences.  There, she participated in all aspects of the development with a focus in strategic planning, market research, financial analysis and condo-hotel rental program structuring.  She also served with Hilton Hotels Corporation in their Feasibility and Investment Analysis department, conducting project feasibility analysis and market research for their owned and managed hotels.  Previously, she held operational positions with Hilton Hotels in Finance and Front Office. 

Kristin graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a concentration in Property Asset Management.  She is currently a member of the Cornell Hotel Society and has served in multiple capacities on the board of the Los Angeles/Orange County Chapter.  In addition, she has been a guest lecturer at Cornell University.
