Penelope Pankow, Associate, has more than 25 years of business experience, including accounting, sales, marketing, market research, and sales and operations planning. Ms. Pankow joined HotelAVE in 2007, having recently completed the masters program (MMH) at Cornell's School of Hotel Administration.

Ms. Pankow started her career as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers and Lybrand. Subsequently she joined the Eastman Kodak Company where she served in a variety of business functions, ultimately as Worldwide Marketing Director for NexPress, Kodak's electronic printing division. There she oversaw the creation of annual strategic marketing plans; including situation analysis, sales forecasting, devising marketing initiatives and marketing budgets. Ms Pankow created and successfully executed a large scale customer rebate program that significantly improved Kodak's market competitiveness. While in her previous position as General Manager of OEM Supplies, she led a turn-around initiative for the ailing $15M international business, analyzing problems and developing a business strategy that resulted in a 33% revenue growth and a $5M earnings increase in the first two years.

In addition to her MMH degree, Ms. Pankow holds an MBA from Michigan State University, and a BS Degree from Eastern Michigan University.
