Monica Wisnieski, Revenue Manager, has 20 years of hotel revenue management and operations experience. She uses this experience to assist our portfolio to optimize room revenue and gain market share. Ms. Wisnieski does this by assisting the hotel's revenue management team to analyze current practices with a focus on forecasting, channel management, distribution, strategic and tactical pricing/inventory management.
Prior to joining hotelAVE, Ms. Wisnieski was the sole proprietor of a hotel revenue management company that provided revenue management services for the hospitality industry. During this time, she consulted with owners, asset management companies, hotel management companies, and hotels to develop and implement strategic revenue management plans that maximized revenue, profit, and market share.
