John Fahy, Vice President, is an experienced senior Commercial Real Estate Underwriter with over 18 years in the real estate & hospitality industries. Mr. Fahy has a strong background in underwriting in Commercial Real Estate - originating, underwriting and closing over $75M CRE loans annual while managing portfolios in excess of $225M. John’s experience in strengthening and enhancing borrower relations with numerous “top tier” CRE sponsors through direct negotiations and interaction resulted in the success of over $60M of hotel loans. John’s expertise in financial analyses include debit service coverage, discounted cash flow, roll-over/lease-up and internal rate of return. His expertise with hotel asset repositioning strategies, detailed hotel market penetration as well as supply and demand analyses are a valuable resource to our clients in accomplishing ownerships goals and objectives.
