Jack Couture, Vice President, is a seasoned hotel asset manager with over 20 years in commercial and hospitality real estate and 10 years of hotel operations experience with Marriott, Sheraton and the Howard Johnson Company. Mr. Couture has asset managed numerous portfolios and significant assets, including the Phoenician in Phoenix, with an expertise in strategic asset planning and master planning. Jack’s acquisition and underwriting expertise with Starwood Capital, Liberty Real Estate, and Prudential Realty Group is invaluable in assisting our clients with the due diligence process.
