Blair Wills, Director, is primarily responsible for market, financial and investment analysis for hotels asset managed by hotelAVE. He is responsible for developing and maintaining hotelAVE’s financial models, benchmarking and supporting value enhancement opportunities.
Mr. Wills has several years experience in the hospitality industry and most recently worked as an analyst for The Plasencia Group, Inc. (TPG) where he created a hotel financial analysis model. Additionally, he spent time as a member of the Leisure, Lodging and Gaming Equity research team at Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown where he was involved in extensive industry research and development of industry reports.
